Eduardo Provencio is an Of Counsel Attorney at Red House Law PC and the founder and owner of Aditua Consulting, specializing in providing expert business and legal guidance to entities challenged by the tumult of an unsettled and changing marketplace. A long-time legal executive and expert, Mr. Provencio served as General Counsel to some of the largest and most esteemed legalized cannabis and hemp-derived product brands in the United States. In addition to his leadership in legal and corporate governance matters, Mr. Provencio led aggressive expansion efforts to introduce the Colorado-based brands across the country, making them nationally known and as a result, making his former company one of the largest boutique multi-state operators in the industry.

Today, Mr. Provencio and his company provide legal and operational assistance to small and mid-size companies throughout the country looking to generate revenue and create a stable market environment for long-term growth. Aditua Consulting provides services ranging from fractional General Counsel and C-Suite services to risk management and insurance consultancy, to regulatory and business advisory support. 

Prior to his time as General Counsel, Mr. Provencio served as a Senior Associate Attorney at Fredericks Peebles and Morgan, LLP, where he represented federally recognized Indian tribes and other tribal entities on economic development initiatives, internal governance, and tribal sovereignty issues. Mr. Provencio's practice focused in particular on natural resources and Indian reserved water rights, and he served as an expert and speaker on Indian water law issues.

Mr. Provencio is a graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Richmond.
