
Donald Walton is an Of Counsel Attorney at Red House Law PC and the founder and owner of Private Path, LLC, specializing in Business Law and Estate Planning. Mr. Walton is an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation.
Mr. Walton served in the United States Navy for 20 years as an enlisted member, earning multiple awards, citations, and promotions. He started out as a seaman, learning then being in charge of small craft as a coxswain. He also spent 5 years as an air traffic controller, before becoming a lithographer and lithographic repairman, after being promoted as a non-commissioned officer to First Class Petty Officer, he became a Mass Communication Specialist, working in the public affairs spaces. He led and deployed with great sailors in dynamic teams including deploying into challenging and complex environs.
After his honorable discharge, Mr. Walton attended the University of Arizona for his undergraduate degree, then followed up for his Juris Doctor, earning recognition on the Dean’s list, an award in Evidence, and certificates in Business Law.
Mr. Walton's upbringing with his strong tie to his Cherokee family and his time in the service have instilled in him certain core values - Honor, Courage, and Commitment.
